Terms of Service

This document sets out the terms of the Oratext service ("Service") providing automatic transcription of audio and video recordings at oratext.com and in the Telegram bot @oratextbot.

1. Service

The Service converts speech to text and provides derivative text processing: cleanup, summaries, action items and translation.

2. Plans and payment

Basic features are free within daily limits. Paid plans (Premium, Ultra) provide higher limits and better processing quality. In-bot payments are made in Telegram Stars; a plan is valid for 30 days. Refunds are processed via the official Telegram Stars refund mechanism.

3. User obligations

You warrant that you hold the rights to uploaded recordings and that their processing does not violate any law or third-party rights.

4. Liability

Transcription is fully automatic; the Service does not guarantee absolute accuracy of results and is not liable for decisions made based on them. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.

5. Changes and contact
