What we process

• Email (web sign-up) and Telegram ID (bot) — for account access and limits.
• Uploaded audio/video files — solely to perform transcription.
• Transcripts — stored in your account, visible only to you.

Audio handling

Audio and video files are deleted from our servers right after processing. Only the text is retained.

Third parties

Speech recognition and text processing use external AI providers; only the recording content is shared, never your account data. We do not sell your data.

Data deletion

To delete your account and data, contact @oratextbot.
